Goals: To implement clean/whole eating lifestyle to shed excess weight for one solid year to carry me in to the rest of my life.
Plan: Biking, Rowing and Core starting slow and building up to a respectable 1 hour routine, 5 days p/week
Essential Oils: Slique Essence, En-Er-Gee (bottoms of feet for workout, Lemon (in my water-detoxifer), Peppermint and Raven (on my chest for great respiratory support for workout), Essential Oil Supplements: Agilease, Cortistop, Mulit-greens, NINGXIA RED- super Anti-oxidant.
Water: 64 oz a day to start
