Steak Salad With Green Goddess Dressing (serves 2)
2 steak filets
1 tsp salt
4 cups mixed greens
1 cup cilantro
1 cup Italian parsley
3 cloves garlic
1 cup high quality olive oil
1 teaspoon sea or pink salt
Heat skillet to high on stove top. Add salt to the skillet. Once hot place filets down in the pan. Cook on ones side for 7 minutes. Then flip and cook on the other side for 7 minutes, turning the burner down to medium. (This is for medium rare steak) cook longer if desired.
Make the sauce! Add the cilantro, parsley, garlic, oil and sea salt to a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
lice the radishes thinly and place them on a plate with the mixed greens. Then layer on your sliced steak and green goddess sauce.
